There are No Rules 

Brief: The Inner Circle pushes each other's to the limits of bravery in savage games of dares.

Examples: climbing a nearby tree, to running around the block backwards, or from confessing one's love to a stranger, to being crushed by the weight of all other group members.

1. Classic Truth or Dare- Group members take turns asking each other the famous question: "truth or dare?"  The victim states a choice, then the questioner either asks any question (to which the victim must answer truthfully), or issues a dare (which the victim must accomplish or be punished).  

2. Truth or Dare 2.0-As above, except a dreaded question is asked first, then the victim may answer it truthfully or opt for a dare.

3. Truth, Dare, Double Dare, Promise to Repeat-Same as Classic Truth or Dare but the victim gets the following extra choices.  Double Dare: this is a more risky dare that, if completed, gives the doer more respect from the group.  If failed, however, punishment is twice as severe.  Promise to Repeat: the victim must repeat a sentence spoken by the questioner, word for word.  These sentences are usually confessions about how the victim is a depraved necrophiliac, descriptions of secret fetishes, etc.

4. Arms Race-First, the group divides into pairs.  The first member of each pair begins by giving the other a dare.  The second person then gives the first a dare.  If the first person is satisfied that the dares are equal a truce is called.  If, however, the first person deems the dare given more ruthless than the second person's dare, the ante may be upped by giving the second person another dare.  Then, it's up to the second person to decide if the dares are balanced, and so on.  This continues until all pairs have declared a truce, at which point they begin to fulfill their dares.

Twist:

Players keep the Mission absolutely secret from all others.

Options: Players bribe people who witness them, saying "you didn't see anything."  They wear disguises, sunglasses, etc. to avoid being recognized when in public.  They bring a default activity like Hacky Sack which they break out any time they are observed completing the real Mission.
